Online marketing in the healthcare sector
Docleads is an online marketing agency with a special focus on the healthcare industry. They take a holistic approach, offering consulting and the implementation of marketing strategies for customers all over Germany and beyond.
I have worked together with Docleads for many years, building websites and applications for their customers.
Never standing still, Docleads wanted to update their own website, so together we embarked on version 3. They already had a strong branding profile, but the current WordPress website wasn’t as flexible as needed. So with a new design, I built a theme that took full advantage of the latest WordPress block functionality. Many custom blocks were developed with the excellent Lazy Blocks plugin, offering great flexibility when creating new content on the site. There was also a bigger focus on animations, making the website feel more alive and interactive.
As the website uses WordPress as content management system, it is easy for Docleads to manage the website themselves and also leaves scope for quickly integrating new functionality when needed.
Summary
Having worked together with Docleads on so many customer projects, it is always fun and a novelty to work together on their own website. The latest design is much more dynamic than previous versions, but also required a great deal more development to function well responsively. The result is a modern and engaging site, showcasing the range of services and expertise they offer.
