Over the last couple of years I have been consulting students at a UK university, advising them on their web and online business plans. It has been interesting, looking at projects that are earlier in the development process compared to my usual client projects.
Sometimes they have been one off conversations, sometimes there have been follow-ups a few months later, looking at what developments have taken place and what can still be improved.
For a recent project, in addition to advising on development, I also helped setting up the website, putting together a simple design and guiding on the input of content. It was a small project for a rental space, where they needed an online presence showing off the unique character of the location.
